This 8-session program is an excellent entrance into the world of macrobiotics. You will learn and practice all major aspects of the ancient wisdom of health as it is used in a modern-day macrobiotic approach to a healthy and happy life.


Each session will consist of three major topics:

  • Macrobiotic principles/theory

  • Lifestyle Suggestions

  • Cooking Demonstration
